Personal Data Protection Policy

Dear Sir or Madam

Below we present the policy of protection of personal data collected by AkustiX Sp. z o.o. within the meaning of the GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (EU Official Journal L 119, p. 1).

AkustiX Sp. z o.o. operates a data protection system according to the following elements:

  • identification of personal data resources,
  • keeping the Register of Personal Data Processing Activities,
  • acting in accordance with the interpretation of the law,
  • fulfillment of information obligations towards persons whose data is processed and the implementation of requests received,
  • ensuring an appropriate level of data security and risk analysis for data processing activities.
NOTICE OF PRIVACY

AkustiX Sp. z o.o. processes data, i.e. collects, processes and sends it, in accordance with applicable law. Personal data necessary for the execution of orders and transactions are stored by us and transmitted to service providers only to the extent necessary for the processing of these orders and transactions.

As part of the services provided, personal data may be transferred to third parties that will be taken into account in the performance of the order, e.g. contractors, IT service providers or an accounting company. In such a situation, we limit ourselves to the data necessary to provide a given service and make sure that their transfer takes place in accordance with the safety rules. AkustiX Sp. z o.o. will transfer personal data only to third parties who have undertaken to protect and process them, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Moreover, AkustiX Sp. z o.o. may be forced to disclose personal information and related information in compliance with legal or court orders. In this case, we also reserve the right to use the data to assert or defend legal claims.

The customer / user has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, request the cessation of processing, the right to transfer data at any time by submitting an appropriate instruction at the registered office, in writing or electronically. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you feel that the processing of your personal data by the Administrator violates the provisions of the GDPR.

INFORMATION ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

As part of the relationship between AkustiX Sp. z o.o., and the customer / user, the company, to the extent permitted by law, may inform about its services, training and other events that are similar to the services purchased by the customer, or to directly related services. Moreover, AkustiX Sp. z o.o., may contact the customer / user to collect feedback on services, training and other events that the customer / user has purchased or participated in to improve these products, services, training and events.
